Undark Magazine

Undark isn’t your typical newsroom, and they didn’t want their website to feel typical either.

To help break through Undark’s wide breadth of content, I first dug into their analytics to identify the core content types that piqued users interest. This set the stage for an in-depth UX exercise to align on the overall flow of information needing to be displayed. Framework in place, I was able to to create unique design experiences for each category, using space, color and graphic devices (like line artwork pulled from the “U” from the Undark logo) to guide the user journey.
